º . Modifícase el numeral 1 del artículo 23 del Decreto 3123 de 2007, el cual quedará así: "1. Coordinar e impulsar la estructuración de los procesos de compra homogenizados, en coordinación con el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, las Fuerzas Militares, la Policía Nacional, la Unidad de Gestión General, así como negociar con el apoyo de la Dirección de Planeación y Presupuestación del Sector Defensa, las compensaciones industriales del Sector cuando a ello haya lugar".
