Todas las mercancías y materias primas que se introduzcan en las áreas de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Barranquilla o que sean manufacturadas, modificadas, ensambladas, envasadas o transformadas allí, podrán salir de dichas áreas para los siguientes efectos:

Para la exportación, y

Para la importación con destino a ser usadas o consumidas en la República, con excepción de aquellos artículos que sean de prohibida importación.
