º . Representante de las Compañías Aseguradoras . El representante de las compañías aseguradoras ante la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario, a que se refiere el artículo 85 de la Ley 101 de 1993, será designado por el Presidente de la República, de terna presentada por la Junta Directiva de la Unión de Aseguradores Colombianos Fasecolda, para períodos de un año contados a partir de la fecha de su posesión.
