Las solicitudes de licencia temporal serán repartidas por el Presidente del Tribunal a los magistrados en orden alfabético. El magistrado a quien corresponde el reparta actuara como sustanciado e integrará la sala de decisión con los dos magistrados que le sigan en orden alfabético.
