Art. 43.º Los Generales, Jefes y Oficiales que solamente se hayan inutilizado de una manera temporal, en alguna función del servicio, tendrán derecho á una pensión mensual igual á la mitad de su haber, por todo el tiempo que dure tal invalidez.
