Para el caso de aquellas sanciones en las cuales su determinación se encuentra referida en el Estatuto Tributario a mes o fracción de mes calendario, se entenderán referidas a semana o fracción de semana calendario, aplicando el 1.25% del valor total de las retenciones practicadas en el respectivo período, para aquellos agentes retenedores que presenten extemporáneamente la declaración correspondiente.
