Artículo segundo. La Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, cuando lo considere necesario, podrá solicitar informes escritos sobre producción, existencias y ventas de cualquier clase de artículos. Igualmente podrá practicar inspecciones sobre los libros y papeles de contabilidad, de las personas naturales o jurídicas, para los fines indicados en el presente Decreto.
