Art. 6°. De todo impreso, sea libro, folleto, periódico ú hoja, remitir a los respectivos directores de los establecimientos tipográficos un ejemplar al Gobernador del Departamento, otro al Jefe superior de Policía del lugar en donde se halle el establecimiento tipográfico, y otro á la Biblioteca nacional. La remisión de dichos ejemplares se hará en el acto mismo de poner en circulación el impreso. La omisión en el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este Artículo será castigada por el Gobernador ó Jefe superior de Policía con multas de veinticinco á cincuenta pesos.
