Artículo segundo. Para los fines de que trata el Artículo anterior ordenase la entrega como aporte del Estado al capital del Instituto Zooprofilactico Colombiano, de todos los elementos que actualmente figuran en el inventario del Ministerio de Agricultura para la Campaña Antiaftosa en el país.

Parágrafo

Len entrega de material de que trata el artículo anterior, se llevara a cabo mediante comisiones del Ministerio de Agricultura, del Instituto Zooprofilactico Colombiano y de la Contraloría General de la Republica, y el acta de entrega servirá de base para el descargue del correspondiente Almacén.
