En el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública se llevará un libro en que consten las licencias que se otorguen para ejercer en todo el territorio de la República, para lo cual las Juntas enviarán copia de dichas diligencias mensualmente. Estas se publicarán en el Diario Oficial.
