Decreto 669 de 2022 · por el cual se modifican y adicionan los Decretos 1091 de 1995, 4433 de 2004 y 1858 de 2012 para el personal del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

al artículo 13 del Decreto 1091 de 1995, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 116 de la Ley 2179 de 2021 por la cual se establecen las distinciones para el personal en el grado de Patrulleros del Nivel Ejecutivo, en concordancia con la remuneración establecida en el artículo 14C del presente Decreto, el personal de Patrulleros del Nivel Ejecutivo en servicio activo, se incluirá la distinción.
