Las siguientes reservas del balance del Tesoro Nacional, correspondientes el Departamento de Antioquia, no utilizados en los artículos aquí mencionados, pasarán a la sanción de la presente Ley a la Tesorería Municipal de Medellín, con destino a la corporación Esteban Jaramillo, para el desarrollo de obras de fomento a empresas útiles y benéficas de desarrollo regional y de la educación, en el Departamento de Antioquia.
