Apruébese la Convención sobre represión de falsificación de moneda y sus dos Protocolos, suscritos en Ginebra el 20 de abril de 1929, en la Conferencia Internacional celebra para la adopción de una Convención encaminada a reprimir la falsificación de moneda, que dicen (1):

Deseosos de hacer cada vez más eficaces la prevención y el castigo de la falsificación de moneda, han nombrado Plenipotenciarios suyos, quienes habiendo mutuamente comunicado sus plenos poderes, los cuales fueron hallados en buena y debida forma, han convenido en las siguientes disposiciones.
