Artículo tercero. El valor correspondiente a los veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) del presente auxilio le será girado al Tesorero Municipal de La Unión quien, sin perjuicio de las cuentas que debe rendir a la Contraloría General de la República, informara detalladamente al Ministerio de Gobierno sobre la inversión de los fondos, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a aquel en que se haya realizado dicha inversión.
