Aceptar a partir de la fecha, la renuncia presentada por el señor Leonardo Augusto Torres Calderón, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía No. 14.268.547, al cargo de Notario Setenta y Cuatro (74) del Círculo Notarial de Bogotá D. C., de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este decreto.

Parágrafo

El señor Leonardo Augusto Torres Calderón no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo de ellas quien deba remplazarlo.
