Artículo único. La selección y nombramiento del personal, los ascensos, promociones y remociones en los cuerpos de Policía departamentales y municipales corresponden al Gobierno Nacional. Pero dichos cuerpos continuarán a órdenes de los respectivos Gobernadores y Alcaldes. Comuníquese y publíquese.
