IMPOSICION DE SANCIONES. Las sanciones deberán imponerse mediante resolución motivada, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria, y deberá notificarse personalmente al afectado dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de su expedición. Si no pudiere hacerse la notificación personal, se hará por edicto de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Código Contencioso Administrativo. El funcionario competente que no defina la situación bajo su estudio, incurrirá en causal de mala conducta.
