Las solicitudes y propuestas formuladas con posterioridad a la vigencia de los decretos que establezcan zonas de reserva o determinen minerales distintos a investigaciones oficiales, que versen sobre el mismo mineral o minerales y se superpongan totalmente a dichas zonas serán rechazadas por el Ministerio. Si la superposición es parcial, podrán reducir el área. CAPITULO XXIV Disposiciones especiales sobre carbón.
