Factura de venta. Conforme con el artículo 616-1 y siguientes del Estatuto Tributario, las empresas a que se refiere este artículo, en todos los casos, están en la obligación legal de expedir factura de venta o documento equivalente, según corresponda, con el lleno de los requisitos y condiciones previstos en la ley, sin perjuicio de lo establecido para las operaciones de los responsables del Impuesto sobre las Ventas pertenecientes al régimen simplificado.
