La Junta Seccional estudiará los documentos y cuadros que reciba de cada Municipio, comprobará la exactitud de ellos, hará el resumen del censo del Departamento o de la Intendencia, para lo cual se ajustará a las instrucciones que le comunique la Dirección General de Estadística, y llenará los cuadros cuyos modelos le suministre la misma oficina. De cada uno de estos cuadros se harán tres ejemplares, uno para la Dirección General de Estadística, otro para la Gobernación del Departamento o para la Intendencia, y el tercero para la Dirección Subalterna de Estadística.
