Permiso ambiental. Al momento de otorgar la autorización temporal, el autorizado deberá tener vigente la licencia ambiental y/o el plan de manejo ambiental, expedidos por las respectivas autoridades competentes, además de contar con los permisos de las autoridades que así lo requieran.
