° Para efectos del ordinal c) del artículo 16 de la Ley que se reglamenta, cuando el cuentacorrentista, previa autorización de impuesto bancario, ordene imprimir por su cuenta las chequeras, el impuesto se causará y deberá retenerse en el momento de la entrega de éstas por parte del impresor al cuentacorrentista.
