ARTICULO 42 . ADECUACION DE LA ESTRUCTURA ORGANICA DE LA DIRECCION NACIONAL DE ESTUPEFACIENTES. La estructura orgánica, el presupuesto y las funciones del Fondo Rotatorio de Prevención, Represión y Rehabilitación del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes y de la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes, así como su respectiva planta de personal, continuarán rigiendo hasta la fecha de publicación de las normas que adopten la nueva planta de personal para la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes y se produzcan las respectivas incorporaciones. dichas normas deberán expedirse a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 1993.
