La decisión que conlleve a imponer como sanción la censura, o la suspensión, será transcrita al profesional sancionado, a los Tribunales Nacionales y Seccionales y si es de carácter público será además fijada en lugares visibles de las sedes de los Tribunales, Ministerios de Salud y de la Federación Médica Colombiana.
