°. Monto máximo de la Tasa. La tasa contributiva no podrá superar los siguientes porcentajes: el seis por diez mil (0.06%) en Bogotá, D. C., el cuatro por mil (0.4%) en los demás distritos y municipios de categoría especial, el seis por mil (0.6%) en los Distritos y Municipios de primera y segunda categorías, y el ocho por mil (0.8%) en los municipios de tercera, cuarta, quinta y sexta categorías, de acuerdo con la clasificación de la Ley 617 de 2000.
