Artículo décimo. El artículo diez y ocho del Decreto ejecutivo número 2655 de 8 de septiembre se 1954, quedará así: " Artículo diez y ocho. Las subvenciones, auxilios o donaciones que se destinen por las entidades oficiales o corporaciones públicas o los particulares para favorecer o ayudar a los Congresos Sindicales, se invertirán bajo la vigilancia del Ministerio del Trabajo. La destinación de las subvenciones, auxilios o donaciones oficiales deberá comprobarse ante la Contraloría General de la Republica, de conformidad con las prescripciones señaladas por esta entidad".
