Fabricación con sustancia y productos químicos controlados. En los casos en que para la fabricación de pólvora y productos pirotécnicos se requiera el uso de alguna de las sustancias y productos químicos controlados por el Consejo Nacional Estupefacientes, se deberá cumplir con los requisitos contemplados en la normatividad aplicable al control de sustancias y productos químicos controlados.
