Además de los casos previstos en la Ley 11 de 1981, en el Decreto 3803 de 1982 y en el Decreto 237 de 1983, el certificado de Paz y Salvo "Ordinario" por concepto de impuesto sobre las ventas, renta y complementarios se exigirá en las siguientes actuaciones: a) En la expedición y renovación de licencias y registros de importación o exportación; b)En el traspaso de vehículos automotores.
