La nacionalización de la carretera Corrales-Tasco-Santa Teresa a que se refiere la Ley 139 de 1937 no obsta para que, mientras la Nación no pueda acometer su construcción, la emprenda el Departamento de Boyacá, en desarrollo de contrato celebrado con el Gobierno, en el cual se obligue éste a reintegrar a Boyacá las sumas que invierta en la obra.
