º. Los Agentes Diplomáticos gozarán en Colombia de las siguientes prerrogativas esenciales

a)

Inviolabilidad personal.

b)

Inviolabilidad del domicilio y de la correspondencia.

c)

Exención de ciertos impuestos, en la forma que se establece en artículos posteriores.

d)

Inmunidad de jurisdicción penal; y

e)

Inmunidad de jurisdicción civil, con las excepciones de que más adelante se habla.
