Con el mismo objeto la Nación subvencionará con doce mil pesos ($ 12.000) anuales a cada una de las Escuelas Complementarias de Varones que se establezcan en Morales, Rosas, La Vega y El Rosal (Municipio de San Sebastián), y la Complementaria de niñas que se establezca en El Bordo, Departamento del Cauca.
