Ámbito de aplicación. En cumplimiento a lo señalado en el artículo 68 de la Ley 1753 de 2015, para los efectos del presente decreto, se entiende por entidades vigiladas los sujetos de inspección, vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud descritos en el numeral 121.1 del artículo 121 de la Ley 1438 de 2011.
