Prohibición. En ningún caso las empresas blindadoras podrán entregar automotores blindados sin que se acredite por parte del usuario la autorización correspondiente expedida por la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada. Las empresas blindadoras deberán exigir al interesado la presentación de la respectiva resolución previamente a la entrega del trabajo, so pena de incurrir en las sanciones legales previstas para los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada.
