ARTICULO 17. -Las licencias de que trata este Decreto, una vez otorgadas, no podrán ser canceladas por el Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos, sino cuando el licenciado incurra en alguna de las causales señaladas en el artículo 112 del decreto 1044 de 1937.
