° . Los Oficiales combatientes que deseen inscribirse en el escalafón de Justicia Militar, deben llenar los requisitos siguientes: a). Presentar la solicitud respectiva por el regular conducto al Ministro de Guerra b). Presentar el correspondiente diploma de abogados y la certificación de inscripción, de que trata el artículo 1° de este Decreto. c). Acompañar un concepto del Estado Mayor General en que conste que el solicitante puede inscribirse en el Escalafón de Justicia Militar. d). Certificación del Departamento de Personal del Ministerio de Guerra en la que conste que reúne las condiciones morales para ejercer cargos en el ramo de Justicia Militar.
