ARTICULO 19 . CONTENIDO. El Diagnóstico Ambiental de Altemativas tendrá el siguiente contenido, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 56 de la Ley 99 de 1993

Objetivo del proyecto, obra o actividad.

Descripción de diferentes alternativas del proyecto, obra o actividad en términos técnicos, socioeconómicos y geográficos. Dicha descripción deberá identificar los ecosistemas sensibles, críticos y de importancia ambiental y social.

Identificación, estimación y análisis comparativo de posibles impactos, riesgos y efectos derivados del proyecto, obra o actividad sobre el ambiente en sus distintas alternativas.

Descripción de las posibles estrategias de prevención y control ambiental, para cada una de las alternativas.
