°. A partir del primero (lo) de enero de 1966, regirán las siguientes modificaciones a la planta y asignaciones del personal del Ministerio de Obras Públicas:

Parágrafo

El Gobierno. Nacional, por medio de Decreto, distribuirá entre las dependencias del Ministerio los cargos, contemplados en el presente artículo.
