Desafiliación temporal. A quien se le hubiere suspendido el descuento obligatorio por un término inferior a los seis (6) meses, tendrá derecho a activarlo y a consignar inmediatamente las cuotas causa de la omisión, para recobrar la antigüedad de afiliación, liquidadas sobre el sueldo básico actual. Para tal efecto la solicitud no se admite si se presenta fuera de este lapso.
