ARTICULO 20. Vencido el término de traslado sin que se hayan solicitado pruebas, o vencido el término probatorio, el Superintendente de Cambios expedirá resolución motivada que decida de fondo. Contra dicha resolución procederá, únicamente el recurso de reposición.
