º. Corríjase el artículo 48 de la Ley 734 de 2002, incorporando el numeral 38 al artículo 48, en la siguiente forma: "38. Omitir o retardar injustificadamente el ejercicio de las funciones propias de su cargo, permitiendo que se origine un riesgo grave o un deterioro de la salud humana, el medio ambiente o los recursos naturales".
