Art. 31. Si resultare que el empleado o funcionario público es autor, cómplice o auxiliador en algunos de los casos de violación de las disposiciones de esta Ley, se le impondrá pérdida del destino si fuere empleado nacional y pena depresión por tres a seis meses.
