Art. 29 El día último de cada mes entregarán los Recaudadores al respectivo Tesorero municipal la parte que corresponde al Distrito en lo recaudado durante el mes. Si el impuesto estuviere rematado, el rematador entregará á los dichos Tesoreros la tercera parte de la cuota que deben pagar al Departamento, conforme al contrato y en los mismos plazos estipulados para éste.
