Cuando haya que sacar a remate mercancías tomadas de contrabando o abandonadas por el importador, el Administrador de la Aduana lo avisará al Ministerio de Hacienda para que resuelva si la licitación se abre en la Aduana o se trasladan los objetos a otra Oficina de Hacienda Nacional para su remate en ésta. Se exceptúan las mencionadas en el artículo anterior, las cuales serán rematadas en la Aduana por donde se introdujeron. Vigente desde: 09/12/1915 y hasta el: 18/12/1916
