Artículo diez y seis. Los establecimientos comerciales que expendan víveres o artículos de primera necesidad, deberán mantener fijadas en lugar visible para el público, listas de precios debidamente aprobadas por las autoridades. La infracción a lo dispuesto en este artículo será sancionada con multa hasta de $1.000,oo pesos que impondrán los funcionarios encargados de la vigilancia y control de los precios.
