Art 4o. Las disposiciones contenidas en el parágrafo 1.o, artículo 1.o, y en el artículo 2.o de la ley 6ª de 1883, se hacen extensivas a la Exposición de qué trata la presente; y además en el contrato que el Poder Ejecutivo celebre con Gaibrois podrá estipular todas las condiciones que juzgue necesarias para el cumplimiento de esta ley, sin perjuicio para el Tesoro Federal.
