Artículo segundo. En las empresas comerciales o industriales a que se refiere el literal c) del artículo 1° del presente Decreto, la reducción de los gastos de funcionamiento se ordenara por sus Juntas Directivas, teniendo en cuenta sus objetivos y características, en la medida en que no se afecten o dificulten las actividades industriales, comerciales y competitivas que desarrollan las mismas.
