Art. 7°. Desde la sanción de la presente Ley los nombramientos en propiedad de responsables del Erario subsistirán solamente por el tiempo de la oportuna y correcta rendición de las cuentas de su cargo, como la principal condición de su carácter de empleados de manejo en ejercicio de sus funciones; y en el oficio en que se comunique cada nombramiento se advertirá esta condición.
