La medida a cargo de los Comandantes de estación o subestación no requiere de resolución escrita, pero deberá levantarse acta en la que se consignen sucintamente los hechos, se identifique al contraventor y se indique la medida correctiva aplicada. Cuando se trate simplemente de amonestación en privado, represión, en audiencia pública y expulsión, bastará con hacer las anotaciones respectivas en el libro que al efecto se lleve en el Comando. La anotación deberá llevar la firma del Comandante y del contraventor.
