° Tan pronto como se hayan aprobado los créditos a que se refiere el articulo1° de este decreto, se procederá a contratar por el ministerio de guerra con la sociedad colombo-alemana el establecimiento de servicios de correos aéreos en el puerto de Tumaco. Comuníquese y publíquese.
