º . Por razón de la prórroga o de la nueva concesión portuaria, la sociedad portuaria deberá pagar la contraprestación definida conforme a la metodología fijada por el Gobierno Nacional en los planes de expansión portuaria. Dicho monto se definirá con base en las normas vigentes al momento del otorgamiento de concesión o de la prórroga y se deberá pagar a partir de la fecha en que entre a regir la misma.
